About Merakoi

Merakoi helps pharmaceutical, biotech and digital health companies build trials, products and patient programs with patients rather than for them. Our network of trained Patient Experts spans more than 100 diseases and 20 countries. We offer patient-led market research, Patient Experience Labs for co-design and testing, and Patient Expert Connect for one-to-one speakers and content. We now also deliver AI-assisted work inside engagements, such as literature scanning and early patient-safety signal detection from social channels, always with a person in the loop.
