We talked to 150+ managers and found they're losing 10+ hours a week just trying to figure out what's going on with their team. So we built Wellence. Wellence's conversational AI checks in with your people, catches the things you'd normally miss (a blocked task, a frustrated comment, and increasingly a stuck AI agent) and tells you exactly what to do next. I ran large transformation projects at Deloitte and BT and saw good managers fail because nobody told them what was actually happening. My co-founder Gaurav built AI products used by 30 million people.
