Zan Compute builds ZanI, an agentic AI platform that lets cleaning service providers and facility managers clean based on real building usage instead of fixed schedules - cutting labor and supply costs while keeping occupants happier. The opportunity is massive: the US has 100 billion square feet of commercial floor space, virtually all of it still cleaned on rigid calendars rather than actual need, representing a 15 Billion TAM (5 Billion SAM) at $0.15 per square foot per year. We sell through building service contractors like ISS and ABM, where each partnership unlocks an entire portfolio - we're already live in 53 facilities across 10 BSC partners and on track to reach 200 facilities within 12-18 months. Our moat compounds with scale: years of task-level labor and building-usage data across those 53 facilities form a corpus competitors can't replicate without building similar history, and because our GTM motion writes ZanI directly into partners' contracts, switching us out means rewriting their operations.
