The MBA Fellow role is designed as a 3 month full time role with a potential 3 month extension that provides freshly graduated MBAs with a chance to learn the VC industry from the inside. Fellows are expected to move on to full time roles with other venture funds, or perhaps return to previously arranged roles at consulting or similar companies with a view to move into VC thereafter.
