The Fund has a limited partner advisory council (LPAC). Each LP that holds >7.5% of the Fund has a seat, as do two members elected annually to a one year term by and from among the remaining LPs. The LPAC oversees the Fund’s investment and operational strategy and reviews quarterly unit pricing. It is non-fiduciary and advisory in nature.
