Remotify was founded in 2021 to make global employment more secure, compliant and sustainable for both companies and talent. We started by building the employment infrastructure global companies need to hire in the Philippines — Employer of Record, payroll, benefits, compliance, HR and local workforce support. As AI reshapes knowledge work, we believe the next opportunity is not simply helping companies access lower-cost talent, but helping emerging-market professionals become more globally competitive by learning how to leverage AI in their work. We are now building Remotify into an end-to-end workforce infrastructure and talent intelligence platform. Our talent ecosystem is designed to develop and identify AI-leveraged professionals, understand their skills, competencies and employability, and match them with global companies looking to build increasingly AI-enabled distributed teams. Once hired, Remotify provides the infrastructure underneath the relationship — employment, payroll, benefits, compliance, HR support and workforce management. Our vision is to build the infrastructure connecting global companies with the emerging-market talent economy: developing talent, understanding talent, matching talent, employing talent and managing talent through one ecosystem.
